Custom Engraved Order Form

Belovedly Yours now offers group orders for custom engraved necklaces (minimum of 5 pieces). Please complete this form to place your order.

• Each necklace will be provided in an individual reusable pouch so it is ready for gifting.

• Shipping: $5 flat-rate for each order. Because each individual item is custom-made, items will ship within 2 weeks of payment.

• If you are ordering at an event, payment will be taken onsite by our staff. If you are placing this order online, you will be sent an invoice to pay to complete your order.
