Belovedly Yours provides multiple types of customized, experiential event offerings including our Mobile Bead Bar, Custom Fit Bracelet Bar, and Pop-Up Jewelry Shop. Learn more about each event type below.

Our tailored jewelry experiences are perfect for school spirit or alumni events, sororities, sports and dance teams, wedding festivities, baby showers, birthday parties, women’s groups, cultural celebrations, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and local business events.

We offer events in Richmond (where we are based), Charlottesville, and Williamsburg, Virginia. For large-scale events, we will travel to farther destinations in Virginia or northern North Carolina for an added fee.

Mobile Bead Bar

In addition to our ready-made jewelry offerings, Belovedly Yours offers a Mobile Bead Bar experience where attendees can create their own beautiful and meaningful beaded bracelets. Our bead bar selections are tailored to your group’s style and color preferences so your guests can craft something special they will love.

Bead Bar Customization Options: 

  • Bracelet Type: stretch or clasped (made with gold bar & ring toggle clasps)

  • Bead types: 3mm-8mm in various shapes, 18K Gold coated, glass crystal, natural and colored stones, chakra stones, seed beads, and more

  • Colors: Variety of on-trend colors or your group’s colors (team, sorority, school, company, etc.)

  • Add-on Charms: various dainty & meaningful styles

  • Custom Laser Engraved Charms with your chosen logo, group name, word, date, etc. 

  • Gold Letter/Number Beads with standard letters, Greek letters, Hebrew letters, or numbers

We can scale our mobile bead bar experiences from smaller groups of 15-20 to larger sized events (100+) and we will work with you on crafting the best experience for your attendees.  

Pricing for each event package depends on jewelry selections, party size, total time, and location. Our bead bar offers high quality materials and a personalized experience and our packages are priced accordingly. Deposits are required for each event and total payment must be provided by a single host.

Custom Fit Bracelet Bar

Our Custom Fit Bracelet Bar is the perfect option for your next party or event. This offering features our clasped bracelets made from our signature 18K Gold PVD coated premium stainless steel. These designs are waterproof, sweatproof, anti-tarnish, and hypoallergenic and perfect for a lasting keepsake from your event. Our custom fit bracelet bar has two package options, each allowing for attendees to receive a beautiful bracelet tailored to their wrist size like permanent jewelry but built with a clasp for flexibility. 

(1) Paperclip Bracelets: Choose Your Charm & Fit: Attendees will each receive a 2.5mm dainty paperclip bracelet custom sized to their perfect fit. Hosts have the option to choose a range of charm options for guests to select from, a single charm for all guests, or a custom laser engraved charm with your chosen design (logo, group name, word, date, etc). 

(2) Choose Your Bracelet Style & Fit: Attendees will have the option to choose from a selection of beautiful chain bracelets which will then be custom sized to each person’s ideal fit. Bracelet options include:

  • Dainty Paperclip, White Confetti, Turquoise Confetti, Sunburst Disks, Chevron Chain, Interlocked Hearts, or Breast Cancer Charm

Pricing for each package depends on bracelet and charm selections, party size, total time, and location. Deposits are required for each event but final payments can be provided by the host or by individual attendees (with minimum purchases required).

Pop-Up Jewelry Shop

Belovedly Yours can set up our Pop-Up Jewelry Shop at your market, business, or event featuring the full range of our products or a curated selection of our jewelry offerings for your audience.
